Alright this is a quick tutorial where I'm going to tell you two ways of getting a image to positive tones so that you can use them to print onto a t-shirt, ect;
So basically, you will need to find a image preferably with a high resolution, this will give you a better result.
place the image into photoshop.
Method 1;
step 1; go to 'Image', 'Mode', 'Greyscale' - flatten the image and discard the colour.
step 2; go to 'Image', 'Mode', 'Bitmap' - leave the resolution as is but change the method to 'Halftone Screen' then click ok. the next box is down to your better judgement, experiment with it.
Method 2;
step 1; go to 'Image', 'Adjustments', 'Desturate' or press Shift + Ctrl + U
step 2; go to 'Image', 'Adjustments', 'Levels' or click Ctrl + L - again its down to your better judgement but try remove the grey tones.
